Orders and Production Times

a. All products on our website are made only after receiving your order.

b. Production times may vary depending on the type of product, quantity, and other factors. We strive to provide an accurate estimate of production times, but delays may occur, especially during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances.

c. The estimated production time will be communicated to you at the time of order. Please note that this information is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancelling Orders

a. Due to the custom production process after the order is placed, we may not be able to cancel orders once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we find that the order violates these terms and conditions or for any other justified reason.

3. Returns

a. Since the products are individually made after the order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or does not match your order. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product if you have received a defective product or one that does not match your original order.

Any return must be in its original packaging, and shipping costs will be at your expense. A refund will be issued within 7 days following the return.
